Training

Commit time to disciplined improvement. Each method strengthens a different aspect of your character. Training continues while you are away.

Body Tempering (+DEF)

Break the body deliberately. Strike it. Weigh it down. Force it past the point of tearing. Each session leaves the skin bruised and the bones humming with ache. What survives grows denser, harder — less human.

Mana Cycling (+ MANA)

Draw the world’s breath inward and force it through fragile channels. The first cycles burn like poison. The hundredth feels like swallowing lightning. In time, the core stabilizes, deepens, and expands.

Martial Arts (+ STR)

Drill forms until the limbs tremble. Strike until the knuckles split. Lift until muscle fibers scream. There is no elegance here — only repetition and refinement. Strength accumulates like callus.

Spellcraft (+ SP DMG)

Memorize the runes. Trace them until your vision blurs. Mispronounce a syllable and bleed for it. True spellcraft is not talent — it is obsession sharpened into a weapon.

Endurance Drills (+ STA)

Push beyond breath. Hold the stance longer. Run when the legs beg for mercy. Collapse, rise, and continue again. Stamina is not given — it is stolen from pain.

Agility Training (+ DEX)

Train within reach of harm. Let steel and fist pass close enough to taste. Every fight has a pattern. Learn it. Feel it. Slip between strikes before they land and answer in the narrow opening they leave behind.
